Order


Once you have placed an order with the New Zealand Boots webshop, our system will automatically send you an email, with a description of your order. However, you should be aware that this is an automatic reply email, and thus is not a legally binding order confirmation, but an electronic receipt that we have received your order.

When the order is processed and the package is ready for shipment, the amount will be deducted from the card you paid with. You will then receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your shipment. Your invoice will be attached to the package and it is valid as a receipt for your order.

Payment and security


Payment for your ordered goods is made online using Dankort, Visa, Euro / Mastercard and Visa Electron. The information is transmitted encrypted between you as a customer and New Zealand Boots and we use Quickpay as a payment gateway.

Shipping and delivery

New Zealand Boots sends free shipping to a parcel shop in Denmark, we use either Postnord, GLS or DAO depending on which freight company offers a parcel shop near your address. We at New Zealand Boots strive to ship the goods you have ordered, as soon as possible, approx. 1 - 2 working days after we have received your order.

All shipments abroad are sent as an insured parcel post via POSTNORD or GLS. Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking number so you can track your package, the shipment fee will be added when you check out.

Return and exchange


If you want to exchange an item for another item, you must return your purchase and place a new order on our webshop.

Returned orders are always refunded to the card used when purchasing the order.

At New Zealand Boots, you always have 14 days full return policy valid from the day you receive your goods. However, documentation for the purchase is required, which is done by enclosing the original invoice / receipt for the purchase in the return package. When you within the 14 days have notified New Zealand Boots via email to sales@newzealandboots.com - that you are returning an item, you have by law 14 days to return the package. Attach your invoice with order number when returning.

The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as on receipt. Once we have received the item and approved the return, there will be an electronic refund of the money. In the case of electronic return, it can take up to 5 days before the transfer is finally completed.

Return of used goods: According to EU rules on internet shopping, it is possible to return a used item - however, the full amount of a used item will not be refunded, and the return amount will be assessed on the basis of the value of the used item for New Zealand Boots .

Remember to save your postal receipt as proof that the item has been sent.

Shipping costs on return are non-refundable.

Note that upon return, the package must be sent with delivery. If no shipping with delivery has been used, the package will be sent back to you.

New Zealand Boots does not accept packages sent as a letter, cash on delivery or as 'recipient pays' postage.

Right of appeal

If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact New Zealand Boots, Mesterlodden 3, 2820 Gentofte. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can submit a complaint to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, via www.forbrug.dk. You can also use the EU Commission's online complaints portal, which will, however, mainly be relevant if you are a consumer residing outside Denmark.
